• Feilenreiter & Co. Wirtschaftsprüfungs GesmbH hat in der Vergangenheit einen Anstieg an neuen MA verzeichnet, ohne dass eine Anpassung der Organisationsstruktur erfolgte. Tätigkeiten, die zuvor an andere Standorte ausgelagert wurden, wurden nicht an den ursprünglichen Standort zurückverlagert. Fehlende Strukturen und Vorgehensweisen haben zu Ineffizienzen im Unternehmen geführt. Zum Beispiel gibt es keine klaren Regelungen im Umgang mit Personalfluktuation oder bei der Durchführung von Tätigkeiten durch die Mitarbeiter*innen. Im Rahmen dieser Masterarbeit wird ein Prozessorganisationskonzept entwickelt, welches eine standardisierte Vorgehensweise bei der Prozessdurchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung und Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses ermöglicht. Das Organisationskonzept wird unter Anwendung des Grazer Ansatzes entwickelt und durch Befragungen in der Buchhaltungs- und Bilanzierungsabteilung mithilfe von Fragebögen sowie durch die Durchführung eines Workshops an die spezifischen Gegebenheiten der Kooperationspartnerin angepasst. In den Fragebögen wird der vorhandene Zustand bei der Kooperationspartnerin erhoben. Die Befragungen ergeben, dass die Prozesse der Mitarbeiter*innen bei allen Teilnehmer*innen unterschiedlich erfolgen und dass die Verwendung von Checklisten als optimal empfunden wird, die Anwendung sich aber suboptimal gestaltet. Der Optimalprozess wird unter Berücksichtigung des erfassten Zustands bei der Kooperationspartnerin in einer Kleingruppe angepasst. Es werden Lösungsansätze zur Strukturierung des Unternehmens nach den Wirkungsbereichen der Geschäftsführung entwickelt sowie Maßnahmen im Zusammenhang mit dem On- und Offboarding von Mitarbeiter*innen erarbeitet. Das Prozessorganisationskonzept wird in Form eines digitalen Tools an die Kooperationspartnerin übergeben. Das Konzept beinhaltet eine Prozesslandkarte mit den Hauptprozessen der Buchhaltung und Bilanzierung, welche in ihre Teilprozesse untergliedert sind. Weiters sind standardisierte Schreiben und Checklisten sowie Dokumentationslisten zum Stand der Jahresabschlüsse und der Unterlagenübermittlung enthalten. Inwieweit die Implementierung des Prozessorganisationskonzept und der entwickelten Ansätze bei der Kooperationspartnerin erfolgt, liegt im Ermessen der Geschäftsführung.
• Feilenreiter & Co. Wirtschaftsprüfungs GesmbH has experienced an increase in the number of new employees in the past years without any adjustment to its organizational structure. Activities which have been previously outsourced to other locations and have not been transferred back to the original location. The lack of structures and procedures has led to inefficiencies in the company. For example, there are no clear guidelines on how to deal with staff fluctuation or how employees should execute their tasks. Within the scope of this master thesis, a process organization concept will be developed, which enables a standardized procedure for the process execution of the bookkeeping and the preparation of the annual financial statement. The organizational concept is developed by applying the Grazer Ansatz and adapted to the specific circumstances of Feilenreiter & Co. Wirtschaftsprüfungs GesmbH through surveys in the bookkeeping and accounting department and by conducting a workshop. In the surveys, the existing situation at the cooperation partner is ascertained. The results show that the processes of the employees are different for all participants and that the use of checklists is perceived as optimal, but the application is suboptimal. The optimal process is adapted in a small group, considering the recorded state of the cooperation partner. Approaches to structuring the company according to the areas of activity of the management are developed, as well as measures in connection with the onboarding and offboarding of employees. The process organization concept is handed over to the cooperation partner in the form of a digital tool. The concept contains a process map with the main processes of bookkeeping and accounting, which are subdivided into their sub-processes. Furthermore, standardized letters and checklists as well as documentation lists on the status of the annual financial statements and the transmission of documents are included. The extent to which the concept of process organization and the developed approaches are implemented at Feilenreiter & Co. Wirtschaftsprüfungs GesmbH is at the management’s discretion.
