• Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass Unternehmen durch die derzeitige globale COVID-19 Pandemie verstärkt auf die Nutzung von Homeoffice angewiesen sind, gewinnen Themen wie digitaler Arbeitsplatz, Digitalisierung sowie die Automatisierung von Prozessen aktuell vermehrt an Bedeutung. Vor allem Digitalisierung gilt derzeit als globaler Megatrend in der aktuellen Geschäftswelt und wird von vielen Unternehmen als zentraler Aspekt ihrer aktuellen Strategie für die kommenden Jahre gesehen.Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es daher, näher zu beleuchten, wie die Prozessdigitalisierungden digitalen Arbeitsplatz der Zukunft beeinflusst. Hierbei ist der Bedarf nach einereinheitlichen Lösung aufgrund der Vielzahl an Prozessen und im Hinblick auf eine Reihe von Faktoren wie Sicherheit oder Compliance mittlerweile immens. Als derartige Lösung von einem der führenden Anbieter in diesem Bereich wird die aktuelle Produktpalette der Microsoft Power Platform näher erläutert. Der Fokus der Arbeit liegt darauf, zu evaluieren, in welche Richtung sich diese Plattform weiterentwickeln wird. Dabei soll auf die neuesten Entwicklungen Bezug genommen werden, insbesondere auf den verstärkten Einsatz von künstlicher Intelligenz.Mit Hilfe von Experteninterviews soll darüber hinaus herausgefunden werden, auf welche Aspekte im Rahmen der Prozessdigitalisierung besonders geachtet werden sollte. Diese Interviews sollen in Form von Leitfadeninterviews durchgeführt werden. Für den praktischen Teil wurde ein Use Case mit Hilfe der Microsoft Power Platform unter Einbeziehung modernster Technologien umgesetzt.Das Ergebnis dieser Arbeit zeigt, dass sich die im Rahmen dieser Arbeit erläuterten Bereiche enorm weiterentwickelt haben. So ist es heute für sogenannte Citizen Devoloper möglich, Prozesse in kürzester Zeit digital abzuwickeln und zu automatisieren, ohne dass dafür tiefgreifende technische Kenntnisse notwendig sind.
• Due to the fact that companies are increasingly dependent on the use of home offices as a result of the current global COVID-19 pandemic, topics such as digital workplaces, digitalisation and the automation of processes are currently gaining in importance. Digitalisation in particular is currently considered a global megatrend in the current business world and is seen by many companies as a central aspect of their current strategy for the coming years.The aim of this paper is therefore to take a closer look at how process digitisation willinfluence the digital workplace of the future. Here, the need for a unified solution is now immense due to the multitude of processes and with regard to a number of factors such as security or compliance. As such a solution from one of the leading providers in this area, the current product range of the Microsoft Power Platform will be explained in more detail. The focus of the work is to evaluate in which direction this platform will continue to develop. Reference will be made to the latest developments, especially the increased use of artificial intelligence.With the help of expert interviews, it will also be found out which aspects should bepaid particular attention to in the context of process digitalisation. These interviewswill be conducted in the form of guided interviews. For the practical part, a use casewas implemented with the help of the Microsoft Power Platform using state-of-the-arttechnologies.The result of this work shows that the areas explained in the context of this work have developed enormously. Today, it is possible for so-called Citizen Devolopers to digitally handle and automate processes in a very short time, without the need for in-depth technical knowledge.
