• Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die Entwicklung eines validierten Anforderungsprofils für ein nachhaltiges und innovatives Ökosystem für digitale Nomaden in den österreichischen Alpen inklusive konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen. Basierend auf einer umfassenden Literaturrecherche zum Thema digitale Nomaden wurden sieben Teilbereiche des Anforderungsprofils erarbeitet: Infrastruktur, Gemeinschaft, Naturerlebnis, Umweltschutz, Wirkung, Wirtschaft und Recht. Mit Hilfe einer Umfrage und Experteninterviews wurde das Anforderungsprofil im Detail und in seiner Gesamtheit validiert. In Kombination mit den entwickelten Handlungsempfehlungen bietet das Anforderungsprofil potenziellen Gründer*innen oder Regionalentwickler*innen eine nützliche Basis für die Entwicklung eines neuen Angebots. Die Nachfrage nach gemeinschafts- und zukunftsorientierten Ökosystemen ist im ländlichen Raum Österreichs vorhanden. Solche neuartigen Angebote können die touristische Landschaft sinnvoll ergänzen und Regionen nachhaltig weiterentwickeln.
• The aim of this work is to develop a validated requirements profile for a sustainable and innovative ecosystem for digital nomads in the Austrian Alps, including specific recommendations for action. Based on a comprehensive literature review on the topic of digital nomads, seven sub-areas of the requirements profile were developed: Infrastructure, community, nature experience, environmental protection, impact, economy and law. The requirements profile was validated in detail and in its entirety with the help of a survey and expert interviews. In combination with the developed recommendations for action, the requirements profile offers potential founders or regional developers a useful basis for the development of a new offer. There is a demand for community and future-oriented ecosystems in Austria's rural areas. Such innovative offers can usefully complement the tourism landscape and sustainably develop regions.
