N2  - Erfolgsfaktoren repräsentieren auf allen Ebenen eines wirtschaftlichen Umfelds eine der tragenden Säulen für eine langfristige, nachhaltige und erfolgsversprechende Entwicklung. Identifizierte Erfolgsfaktoren und eine systematische Zusammenarbeit zwischen den einzelnen Stakeholder*innen von Geschäftsbeziehungen ergeben eine Kombination, die für alle Beteiligten ein erfolgsversprechendes Umfeld für Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten ergibt. Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die Identifikation von Erfolgsfaktoren von geförderten Projekten der Steirischen Wirtschaftsförderungsgesellschaft und die Konzeption eines strukturierten und systematischen Begleitprozesses für Projekte der SFG. Anhand einer umfassenden theoretischen Er- und Aufarbeitung aller relevanten Themenbereiche und inhaltlich relevanter Ökosysteme werden Erfolgsfaktoren identifiziert und theoretische Modelle und Vorgehensweisen zur Prozesskonzeption beleuchtet. Die erarbeiteten Erfolgsfaktoren und Prozessmodellierungsoptionen werden im Rahmen von Fokusgruppen und Expert*innen Interviews auf ihre praktische Relevanz, Anwendbarkeit und Realisierbarkeit überprüft. Die Ergebnisse der Empirie bestätigen und identifizieren eindeutige Erfolgsfaktoren und aus der Zusammenführung der theoretischen Optionen und der empirischen Untersuchung ist eine Prozesskonzeption entstanden, welche die bestmögliche Herangehensweise und die optimale Vertretung der Interessen der SFG und der Kund*innen beinhaltet.
N2  - Success factors, at all levels of an economic environment, represent one of the supporting pillars for longterm, sustainable and promising development. Identified success factors and systematic cooperation between the individual stakeholders of business relationships create a combination that leads to a promising environment for development opportunities for all parties involved. The aim of this thesis is the identification of success factors of funded projects of the Styrian Economic Development Agency and the conception of a structured and systematic success monitoring process for funded projects of the SFG. On the basis of a comprehensive theoretical analysis and the processing of all relevant topics and content-relevant ecosystems, success factors are identified and theoretical models and procedures for a process conception introduced. The identified success factors and process modeling options are examined in focus-groups and expert interviews for their practical relevance, applicability and feasibility. The results of the empiricism confirm and identify clear success factors and the combination of the theoretical options and the empirical investigation has resulted in a process concept that includes the best possible approach and the optimal representation of the interests of the SFG and the clients.
